• Reinforced concrete ribraft foundation below higher units and enhanced reinforced concrete foundation slab below garages, over densified, geo-reinforced, hardfill crust
• Generally timber framed construction with reinforced concrete block masonry walls to garage and suspended reinforced concrete, comflor, over garage
• Cantilevered reinforced concrete balcony to front units over garage
• Gib bracing
